we just finished decorating easter eggs here.
a couple of days ago, i discovered on pinterest a "recipe" for baking hard boiled eggs. since i tend to burn the water out of the pan when i boil eggs anymore, i thought i'd give this a shot. haven't tried to eat any yet, so i'm not sure how they turned out. i used my mini muffin pan, placed one egg in each depression, and set the timer. i now had 24 "hard boiled" eggs.
i was already extremely frazzled and frustrated when it was time to decorate the eggs. so, instead of making the egg dye, i got out the BIG markers, and let the kids color the eggs that way instead.
when the battery for my camera is finished charging, i'll get some pictures.

...hmm...I like the marker idea....You did better than I did--we didn't even get so far as to think about coloring eggs! Grandparents had just left, and we were ready to crash for a bit before getting back into the swing of things.
