saturday

i have come to dread saturdays.

saturday is our big clean day. we do some during the week, but the REALLY clean on saturday. that being said though, all we do is right with the kids about it. the entire day is one big fight about them not wanting to clean and us saying that it needs to be done whether they want to do it or not.

rewards don't make a difference in the fight, or the results.
threats don't make a difference in the fight or the results.
giving up and not caring doesn't change anything either. then i just end up mad because of the dirty house.

i hate saturdays.
