we learned that the landlord is selling, and the new "owners" are planning to level everything.
we have found a place that, sadly, borders the highway, but it's a dang cute place.
in order to get the process started with the idaho housing, i have to turn in a 30-day notice. it's in. now we get to wait and see if the house passes, and whether the landlord is willing to work with us.
